Giving Back

Our employees have always shown great support in the community. They are Board members and active participants in many organizations such as United Way, Lund, Boys and Girls Club, and South Burlington Rotary. We regularly support our employees who participate in campaign walks and coach their towns’ sports teams.

Each year our employees enjoy getting involved in the annual United Way campaign. We consistently have over 80% participation in donations to United Way agencies.

In addition, the VGS CARE (Community Action & Rewarding Empowerment) program allows the company and our employees to further their commitment to our communities.
