Clover Energy helps make heat pump upgrades easier by coordinating rebates, when eligible, through the State of Vermont and Burlington Electric, and applying them directly to lease and purchase costs. This reduces paperwork and simplifies the process for you.
Customers may also have the option to finance or lease equipment over time. For customers who choose to lease equipment, there is no down payment, no amount due at lease signing, and no security deposit required. Initial lease terms are 96 months (96 monthly payments). Customers may have the option to purchase leased equipment during or at the end of the lease term; a Purchase Option fee may apply. Lease pricing is subject to change based on available utility rebates.

Service and Support
Clover Energy’s heat pump solutions extend well beyond installation. Service and maintenance are included with leased equipment. Service plans are available for heat pump systems that are not leased. Our team provides ongoing maintenance, access to heat pump service plans designed for long-term reliability, and local support from trained technicians who understand all types of HVAC systems.
