Summary Billing Enrollment Form
Customer Information System Updates for Certain Landlords
We’re preparing to upgrade the software VGS uses to manage customer accounts. The early November 2026 migration will establish a new system for existing accounts that encompass service across multiple properties. Following launch, your account’s default status will create individual account numbers for each property. In turn, you will receive separate bills for services at each location. This differs from how your properties have been managed under our current system, where you received one bill that covered service across multiple properties. Additionally, any election you have made in the past for AutoPay or paperless billing will need to be re-made for the newly created accounts. To make the transition to the new system a little easier, you can opt into what’s called Summary Billing, which will consolidate all of your accounts and charges into one bill. Additionally, you can be sure to opt into paperless billing and AutoPay for your new accounts if you wish, or you can ask us to do that for you. To summarize, you have the option to: • Take no action and begin receiving separate bills per property; or opt in to request a single mailed envelope through Summary Group Billing • Opt in to paperless billing for any new accounts • Opt in to AutoPay for any new accounts For paperless billing and AutoPay, you will be able to initiate the changes after November 9, 2026 by logging into the MyMeter customer portal. For summary billing, you will need to let us know to set that up for you once the new system is fully implemented. Please fill out the form below to let us know how you would like to proceed.
