Help Shape Vermont Gas’s Future Energy Plan

Vermont Gas is planning for the future and evaluating different approaches to meeting our customers’ energy needs. We want to understand what matters most to the people we serve. Your feedback will help inform Vermont Gas’s Integrated Resource Plan (IRP), a long-term roadmap that guides how we will meet customers’ energy needs in the years ahead.

As we look to plan, we’re evaluating three possible approaches:

1) Continue providing services and programs much as they operate today.

2) Expand options that combine gas and electric technologies, such as hybrid heating systems.

3) Focus on electric heating solutions and stop adding new natural gas service connections.
